1. No Refund Policy

SoftInner follows a strict No Refund Policy due to the hygienic nature of lingerie and intimate garments.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, and only if the product is returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not tried on.
• It must be returned in original packaging, with labels and hygiene seals intact.
• Customer must provide order number and proof of delivery date.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Products returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

Due to hygiene, safety, and industry standards in Pakistan, the following items cannot be exchanged:

• Panties
• Bras that show signs of wear or try-on
• Lingerie sets (if any item is opened/tried)
• Bodysuits & Shapewear
• Sleepwear that is worn or washed
• Clearance, sale, or discounted items
• Accessories (bra straps, pads, tape, nipple covers, etc.)

Any product showing perfume smell, marks, stains, deodorant residue, or stretching will be rejected.

4. Wrong Size Exchange

We offer size exchange ONLY if:

• The item is not opened or tried.
• Packaging and tags are intact.

If the size you want is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).

5. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you received a:

✔ Wrong product
✔ Damaged product
✔ Manufacturing defect

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

We will arrange an exchange if:

• Damage is verified
• Product is unused and in original condition

6. Return Shipping Cost

• Customer will bear the courier cost for sending the product back for exchange.
• For wrong or damaged items (verified), SoftInner will cover the re-delivery charges.

We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns. All returns must be sent through a trackable courier service.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before shipment.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible.

Refusing to accept the parcel at the time of delivery may result in the customer being blocked from future orders.

8. Courier Delays & Delivery Issues

SoftInner is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• Courier service issues
• Remote area delivery schedules

We do not guarantee delivery timings but aim to dispatch orders quickly.

9. Color & Fabric Variation

Product colors may vary slightly due to:

• Mobile/monitor display differences
• Studio lighting
• Fabric dye lots

Such variations are not considered valid reasons for exchange or refund.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of exchange policies:

• Repeated exchange requests may be declined
• Customers who misuse COD (refuse parcels repeatedly) may be blocked
• Opened packaging without a valid issue will not be accepted
• Exchange approval is at SoftInner’s discretion after inspection
• Hygiene is our highest priority—no exceptions to opened or tried items
